Shipping and Returns

Shipping

All items will be shipped via Canada Post regular lettermail within 24-48 hours of your order being received. You can expect to receive your order within 5 business days of shipment.

Exchanges

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please let us know within 7 days. Please send a photo of the damaged or defective item and we’ll send out a replacement item once the issue has been identified.

Returns

If you’re not pleased with your coin or pendant, no worries! You can return it. We offer a 7-day return window from the date you receive your item.

Please contact us to start your return process. No returns will be accepted without prior authorisation. You are responsible for any shipping fees to return your item. Returning the item in the bubble mailer you received is recommended, and regular letter mail is acceptable. We do however recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we will not be able to process a return and issue your refund if the item is not received by us. Sorry. Once the item has been received, your refund will be processed within 24 hours.
